FAQs

  • Even though people seek therapy for different reasons, everyone can find something beneficial in the therapy process. Therapy can help you find more clarity on issues you are dealing with, break cycles and patterns that don’t serve you any more, become more self-aware, and feel more connected and congruent with your emotions and values. These skills in turn can prepare you to better manage issues you are facing and amplify your resourcefulness in times of need.

  • The length of therapy depends on numerous factors and it is hard to estimate without accounting for your unique circumstances, issues you are dealing with, your therapy goals, your current support system, and relational dynamics you are a part of. Therapy sessions usually are scheduled on a weekly basis, however frequency and length of therapy entirely depends on your needs.
