Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of therapy in which the therapist works with a group of individuals together. The group context commonly provides a sense of belonging and acceptance, which may be especially valuable when you feel one-on-one with your problems and the challenges you are experiencing. Group therapy offers numerous benefits as it allows you to feel that you are not alone in your experience, feel supported and empowered, feel a sense of value through your connection and interactions with group members, and develop social skills that can serve you in other relationships.
